remote only works when standing outside close to light, not happy

These worked perfectly. The ability to adjust the position of the light is exactly as described.

I liked how much light it produces and the color temperature selectivity is nice. I deducted a star because of two issues. Point one that I did't like was the wire entry point was more to the the center where the fixture I was replacing had the wire entry at the end of the fixture. I used a piece of insulation I stripped from some romex and electrical tape to cover the existing length of wires to make it work. Point two, I had to replace the existing dimmer switch with an off/on switch because the light would just glow dimly and not function properly. Once the new switch was in place it worked well. It's a good light but it didn't function with a dimmer as implied in the description. The built in hi/low switch does work well. Aside from those two issues I had it seems to be a nice light that really lights up the space.
