Good uplight but a little hard to install.

So I wanted to add some lights to my toy hauler, but dealing with wiring is not on the agenda. I thought I'd take a shot with these. Turns out they are very good for this purpose. They have rechargeable batteries, and I have never had one die with just episodic charging. The wall mount piece stays in place, with the light lifting off easily in order to charge. I have even taken them down to use to add additional lighting where I was working on something.

The color change stuff is a little weird, the actual controls on the light aren't quite intuitive. However there are tiny remotes as well, so it solves that. Honestly, I leave them on WHITE almost all of the time anyway. You get a LOT for your money with these things, definitely recommend them!

Following the instructions, I left in the sunlight for 2 days with the switch off. It now illuminates my front yard beautifully at night. Very good purchase!

I want to start by saying that I was very surprised and also very pleased by the fact that these two lights also come with two charging cables and even 2 remotes! Normally sets like this come with one cable and certainly 1 remote, so I was very pleased to know that I could use these in separate locations with separate controls. That's actually a really nice feature that's hard to underappreciate.

The lights themselves seem well made. They are easy to control, and remotes have a pretty good range and effectiveness. The light cycles through three different temperatures of white or multiple different color styles. One thing to know is that the brightest colors are nowhere near as bright as the brightest ��white�� colors. I didn't take one of these lights apart, but it appears that there is a single LED for the white light versions, and a ring of smaller LED's for the colors. I think they intend to use the colors only for accent lights, and the white ones for highlighting or spots. As long as you know you're going to use it that way, it shouldn't be a problem.

The lights are attached to a wall using a piece of nano tape to affix the base and the light slides onto the base. This allows you to attach the base to the wall and remove the light for charging without having to mess with the tape again. Another note. If you know anything about nano tape you know that for heavier loads, you shouldn't use it on a painted surface. I attached these lights to a painted surface and had no problems because the lights themselves don't weigh very much. I didn't feel like there was any pull or give on the lights and I have a lot of confidence that they will stay in place on painted wall for any length of time I care to leave it. At the same time, it's nice to know that you can move these to another room fairly easily just by having another piece of nano tape.

Using the white light, I got a good five hours out of a charge before I could notice a discernible dimming. I don't like to let rechargeable things get low so when it got to that point I stopped. Five hours is actually a pretty good length of time, especially if you're only going to use it for special occasions or single use events. If you plan on mounting them permanently, I did prove that you can run the light and charge them at the same time, so that��s a very nice feature too.

Overall, I really have no complaints about these lights. Well done.

These lights are great. I love that the brightness is adjustable and they're easy to hang.
